Different tasks cost different credits (100 credits = ¥1): AI script/analysis is billed by text length (usually 5-50 per run); character, scene and storyboard images cost ~40-70 each; video is billed by model, resolution and duration — about 300-1280 per 10s shot at 480p and 650-2750 at 720p (mini cheapest, Seedance 2.5 highest); film export costs 1 credit/sec (minimum 10). Estimated credits are frozen before a task runs and fully refunded if it fails due to platform errors.

Supports 9:16 vertical, 16:9 horizontal and more. Shot videos can be generated at 480p / 720p; films export at up to 1080p. External SRT and burned-in subtitles are both supported.

Videos generated from your own story content belong to you — publish and monetize freely. Note that you must hold rights to any source material you input (e.g., novel text).

Go to Profile → API Config. Click "Sync Models" to auto-configure everything. Third-party providers like Volcengine and Google AI are also supported.

Tasks that fail due to platform errors are not charged (frozen credits are refunded). Common causes: rate limits (retry later), content moderation (edit the prompt), a realistic/real-person project using a video model without real-person asset support (switch to Seedance 2.0 / 2.5), or network issues. Click Retry on the task; contact support if it persists.

After creating a character, the system generates a reference image. All subsequent storyboards are generated from it, keeping the character consistent throughout. Fine-tune appearance in the Character Workshop.

The interface supports Chinese and English. Story input supports multiple languages and the AI generates the script in the matching language.

Daily check-in credits (same day) → monthly-pass credits (30 days) → top-up credits (never expire). The earliest-expiring credits are used first. All credits are for this account only and cannot be withdrawn or transferred.

Video is billed by model × resolution × duration (100 credits = ¥1); estimated credits are frozen first and refunded on platform failure. Use Seedance 2.0 / 2.5 for realistic/real-person stories (real-person assets supported, higher cost). For comic, anime or pet stories, Seedance mini is recommended (no real-person assets, about half the cost of 2.0). Preview at 480p, then render final shots at 720p.

No. Credits are virtual service entitlements usable only by this account within Junhai. They cannot be withdrawn, exchanged for cash, transferred or gifted, and are non-refundable once purchased.
