User Agreement

2.1 Users shall provide true, accurate, and complete personal information during registration and promptly update such information when changes occur. Users bear all consequences resulting from providing false information. 2.2 Users shall properly safeguard their accounts and passwords and shall not lend, rent, transfer, or otherwise allow third parties to use their accounts. Users bear all losses resulting from inadequate account protection. 2.3 Users bear full legal responsibility for all activities conducted through their accounts. If unauthorized use of an account is discovered, the User shall immediately notify the Company. 2.4 By registering, Users agree to receive service notifications, product updates, and marketing communications from the Platform. Users may opt out of marketing notifications at any time through Settings.

3.1 Users agree to comply with applicable laws and regulations and shall not create, reproduce, publish, or distribute content that: (1) Violates fundamental constitutional principles; (2) Endangers national security, discloses state secrets, subverts state power, or undermines national unity; (3) Damages national honor and interests; (4) Incites ethnic hatred or discrimination, or undermines ethnic unity; (5) Undermines national religious policies or promotes cults and feudal superstitions; (6) Spreads rumors, disrupts social order, or undermines social stability; (7) Disseminates obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, terror, or incites crime; (8) Insults or defames others, or infringes upon the legitimate rights and interests of others; (9) Contains other content prohibited by laws and administrative regulations. 3.2 Users shall not: (1) Interfere with or disrupt the normal operation of the Platform; (2) Use AI generation features to create deepfakes, misinformation, or content infringing upon others' rights; (3) Obtain personal information of other users by any means; (4) Use technical means to scrape or copy Platform content at scale; (5) Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. 3.3 If a User violates the above provisions, the Company has the right to take measures including but not limited to deleting content, suspending services, permanently banning accounts, and reserving the right to pursue legal liability.

4.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to text, images, interface designs, software code, and algorithm models, is the intellectual property of the Company or relevant rights holders and is protected by laws and regulations. Without permission, Users shall not copy, modify, distribute, or use such content for commercial purposes. 4.2 Regarding AI-generated content (including but not limited to scripts, images, and videos) created through the Platform: (1) Users have the right to use and display such content for personal, non-commercial purposes; (2) The Platform reserves reasonable rights to use AI generation technology to improve its models; (3) For content generated by third-party models, the intellectual property rules of such third parties' terms of service shall apply. 4.3 Users warrant that the content they upload or input does not infringe upon any third party's intellectual property or other legitimate rights. Users bear all liability for any disputes or losses arising therefrom. 4.4 Special Statement on User-Uploaded Materials and Generated Content: (1) Users warrant that all materials they upload (including but not limited to photos, audio, video, and text of themselves or others) have been legally authorized and that they hold the corresponding copyrights, portrait rights, or other rights, or have obtained permission from the rights holders; (2) Users shall not use the Platform to generate or disseminate content that infringes any third party's copyright, portrait rights, reputation rights, or other legitimate rights, including but not limited to using another person's likeness without authorization, or directly copying lines, plots, or visuals from third-party films, television, or literary works; (3) Users independently bear all liability for any third-party claims, disputes, or administrative penalties arising from their uploaded materials or generated content; Users shall compensate the Company for any losses caused to the Company; (4) Upon receiving a valid notice from a rights holder, the Company will take necessary measures such as removal or blocking of the allegedly infringing content in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

5.1 The Platform offers both free and paid service tiers. The specific content, pricing, and duration of paid services are as published on the Platform. 5.2 By purchasing paid services, Users agree to pay fees according to the published pricing. The Company may adjust pricing as needed, but previously purchased services shall not be affected. 5.3 Paid services do not support unconditional refunds. If services cannot be provided due to reasons attributable to the Platform, Users may apply for refunds in accordance with relevant provisions. 5.4 Virtual entitlements purchased by Users (such as credits, quotas, etc.) are valid only within their validity period and shall automatically expire thereafter. They are non-transferable and non-refundable.

6.1 The Company may upgrade, adjust, or suspend the Services as needed for business development and operations without prior notice, but will endeavor to announce such changes on the Platform in advance. 6.2 The Company may terminate Services to a User under the following circumstances: (1) The User materially breaches this Agreement; (2) The User's account poses security risks or is used for illegal activities; (3) As required by laws, regulations, or judicial/administrative authorities; (4) The User's account has been inactive for twelve consecutive months. 6.3 Upon termination of Services, the Company may delete all User data on the Platform, except as otherwise provided by law.

7.1 The Services are provided based on current artificial intelligence technology levels. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Users shall independently assess the accuracy and suitability of AI-generated content. The Company makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or legality of AI-generated content. 7.2 The Company shall not be liable for service interruptions or data losses caused by force majeure events including but not limited to network failures, system maintenance, hacking attacks, virus infections, government actions, or natural disasters. 7.3 Any disputes between Users arising from the use of the Services shall be resolved by the Users themselves. The Company assumes no mediation or compensation liability. 7.4 In any event, the Company's total liability to a User shall not exceed the total fees paid by the User for the Services in the preceding twelve months.

8.1 The formation, execution, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. 8.2 Any disputes arising from or related to this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may file a lawsuit with the competent court at the Company's domicile.

9.1 If any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 9.2 The Company may modify this Agreement as necessary, and the modified Agreement will be published on the Platform.
